With the extensive experience in divorce mediation, I understand both the emotional and financial complexities of divorce. My education and background in business allows me to help you protect your assets while navigating even the most challenging situations.
I believe in creating a safe space where even the most difficult conversations can become manageable. Many of my clients initially tell me: "I can't imagine ever being able to negotiate with my spouse." I understand. Through years of experience, I've developed an approach that transforms these seemingly impossible situations into productive dialogue.
My role is to:
I believe that every challenge presents an opportunity for transformation. As someone who has dedicated his career to helping people navigate complex transitions, I bring both professional expertise and genuine compassion to every case I handle.
My journey to becoming a mediator was shaped by a deep understanding of how different perspectives and backgrounds influence conflict resolution. With a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from USC, I developed a foundation in understanding complex human dynamics across cultures. My subsequent dual Master's degrees in Legal Studies and Dispute Resolutions from Pepperdine University further equipped me with the technical expertise to navigate intricate legal landscapes while maintaining focus on human-centered solutions.
This unique combination of international relations and legal expertise allows me to:
· Bridge cultural and communication gaps
· Navigate complex emotional dynamics
· Understand sophisticated financial structures
· Create solutions that respect diverse perspectives
But beyond the credentials, what truly drives me is helping people find their path to a better future. Every day, I witness the power of transformed conversations to create lasting, positive change.
"The courts of this country should not be the places where resolution of disputes begins. They should be the places where the disputes end after alternative methods of resolving disputes have been considered and tried."
— Sandra Day O'Connor, Former Supreme Court Justice.
